SHIPPING INFORMATION

We deliver our architectural fashion pieces worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia).

Processing Time

All orders require 1-2 business days for processing before shipment.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping: €12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over €50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery after dispatch)

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Should any piece not meet your exacting standards, our straightforward returns process ensures your satisfaction with the minimalism of a perfectly tailored garment.

Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. All returned items must:

  • Be in original condition with all tags attached
  • Show no signs of wear or alteration
  • Include original packaging and documentation

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Face category items (face masks, skincare products)
  • Jewellery (unless defective)
  • All sale items marked with « Final Sale »

How to Return

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Exchanges

For exchanges:

International Returns

For customers outside France:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
