RETURN POLICY
You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. All returned items must:
- Be in original condition with all tags attached
- Show no signs of wear or alteration
- Include original packaging and documentation
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Face category items (face masks, skincare products) and Jewellery (unless defective). All sale items marked with « Final Sale » are also non-returnable.
HOW TO RETURN
Our returns process is as streamlined as our signature denim:
- Initiate your return by emailing us at [email protected] with the subject line « RETURN REQUEST » and include:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer refund or exchange
- Wait for authorization – Our Marseille team will respond within 24 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
- Package securely – Use the original packaging if possible, including all protective materials.

REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- You will receive email confirmation when processed
Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
EXCHANGES
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process indicating your exchange preference
- We will ship the new item once we receive your return
- Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
- Exchanges are subject to current stock availability
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
For customers outside France:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a tracked service (DHL, FedEx)
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Mark package as « RETURNED GOODS » to avoid additional charges
